Submit a public grievance

Updated: Jan 23, 2022

Many public facing local, state and national entities provide what is known as a "grievance" process in which you may formally, yet silently complain about their servicing. Though they have internally established policies and procedures to address these complaints, they are most always addressed in the favor of the entity to avoid any admission of fault and potential lawsuits. Submission of an internal grievance only complies with their passive method of truly holding accountability. We, the public, deserve more control and more VOICE in the matter and publicly doing so may be the radical answer.

Public Grievance Submission Process

Do you have a formal complaint against a public facing agency and have yet to be heard? Please submit your grievance for consideration to be publicly posted on our site.*

Please note: We make no promise nor provide legal representation to those who submit grievances to our platform. This is simply a space to make it known that: 1) your reasonable complaint was not taken seriously by a specific entity, 2) you refrained from submitting a formal complaint due to fear of retaliation or otherwise 3) you were never informed that you had the right to submit a grievance and would like to educate others on the unethical and/or potentially dangerous practices of a specific public facing entity, 4) you must also agree to only submit a request in "good faith" that is not meant to destroy the company, but rather educate the community and others of unethical business practices.

1. Submit a grievance: You must compile complete detailed information regarding the company name, location, contact information and a summary of how you were negatively impacted by their unethical business practices and/or negligence. You must go through a process in which you agree to the validity of your accusation as it must be in "good faith" and you may request that your personal name/information be hidden from the public. Please refrain from submitting complaints with vulgar language.

2. Grievance Review: We will review all grievances individually and cannot guarantee public posting. If your grievance has not been posted within 3 weeks of submission, please send a follow up email and if you have not received a status update, we will provide one at that time. We make no guarantee that all submissions will be made public.
